Compassionate Counseling for Adults with ADHD + Anxiety
Virtually serving clients across the state of North Carolina
Welcome. I’m glad you found me.
Living with ADHD - and the anxiety, frustration, overwhelm, and shame that comes with it - is hard.
I’m here to make it a little easier.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
Hi, I’m Erin!
I’ve spent the past 15 years as a clinical social worker, serving children, adults, and families with mental health challenges.
In 2021, I opened my private practice with the intention of providing therapy to a population that’s been historically misunderstood and misdiagnosed: women with ADHD and their partners.
Whether you're struggling to:
keep up with all of your responsibilities at work
keep your house minimally tidy and organized
communicate effectively in your relationship(s)
raise good humans without losing your mind
the pressure to be your best self can be relentless and it’s easy to feel like you're falling short.
I specialize in adult ADHD and can support you, no matter where you are in your journey. It can be hard to take the first step, especially when you're not in a great headspace. The good news is that therapy is a process and there's no perfect starting place or ending.
Just start somewhere and I'll meet you there. ✨
