What are you most interested in addressing in counseling?

I was recently diagnosed with (or suspect I meet criteria for) ADHD and I'm still learning what it is and processing my thoughts and feelings about it.

I want to have a better understanding of how ADHD impacts my mood and behavior, and what I can do about it.

I want to better understand how ADHD shows up in my partner and/or kids so I can lower my frustration and show them more compassion and grace.
